Administer the project so that the standard contracts is followed, and act professionally when doing an assessment and certification.

Comprising of the estimation of costs, the setting of an agreed budget, and management of actual and forecast costs against that budget.

Applied to the project by taking into account a wide range of costs benefits, as a tool for achieving Value For Money in defining problems and finding solutions.
