Project Information
Located in Urban area of Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang, an upgrading of existing road was built on a flat terrain connecting Jalan Perusahaan and Jalan Tok Kangar, Seberang Peral, Pulau Pinang. The project consists of 2.84km upgrading the R3 single lane existing road to a two-lane carriageway U4 standard and a bridge crossing the river. The scope of work covers all C&S related design works from conceptual design until design support during construction.
